Congratulations to Jason on the recent release of his newest book
in the Inner Revolution series, People Building,
a book about unlocking the God-given purpose and dreams in others.
In Jason’s own words,
Where are the men and women who will step up?”
I believe this is a common question in every age.
The concern for our families, our communities, and our nation can be felt readily.

that will impact generations to come. With this book,
you will learn how to become People Builders!
So LifeLetter Cafe is excited to share this recent interview with Jason

Today’s 7 Questions
LifeLetter Cafe: What were the driving factors that led you to write this book?
Jason Moore: Seeing many people used and then burned out in the work of God is disheartening. Many ask what is their purpose and what is God’s will. This book addresses people value and practical ways to un-bury the treasure within. Discovering people’s potential and encouraging them to believe in it is thrilling. Equipping people to build teams is a huge need I see everywhere. Often times people hold on to what they have rather than empowering others to get more.
LifeLetter Cafe: What are your primary goals for People Builders? What should readers expect?
Jason Moore: Often we may look for the talented stars around us, but it is in the humble and entreatable that God shines through. This book helps uncover in a practical way these hidden treasures. This book challenges us not to use people but to learn how to have a vision for people and to help cultivate their skill sets. Here you will find practical tools and approaches that “build bridges” and magnify their potential.
Simple faith defeats sophisticated darkness.
– Jason Moore
Listen to their story. So much is understood and context is seen here.
Learn their story. Take time to walk a mile in their shoes. This keeps from assumption and presumption.
Love them with God’s story. Ministry is not in fixing people but presenting a Savior that loves them right where they are.
Lead them beyond themselves. Speak life and share a Divine perspective. We can fixate on our problems and defeats so much that it can be overwhelming. Those same problems are designed to equip us and promote us and the experience will teach others to be overcomers.
The most important person in your life is the one that you’re face to face with. People building doesn’t take time, but a lifetime!
What is next……I would like to do more speaking and sharing on the Inner Revolution series. I am presently working on building a stronger online presence to help connect with others to be helpers of their joy – to equip empower and encourage others in these truths.
Presently I am developing thoughts on a new book which will talk about being Deeply Seen, Fully Known and Completely Loved by God. This is the antidote for guilt , shame and fear.
