the discovery of our dream is the highest importance of our life.
A dream is the breathe for our future and the heartbeat of our passions.
A dream gets you out of bed everyday, drives your planning and orders your life.
A dream instills your disciplines, helps determine what your learning, and chooses your friends and colleagues.
A dream decides whether you need college, vocation school, or no school at all.
Statistics tells us that only 3% of Americans are living their dream.
Most people that I work with have experienced difficulty discovering their dream.
It has been said that the poorest person is never the one without wealth, but the person without a dream.
You see if we are going to live a life filled with purpose it must include a dream.
God normally gives us dreams that are 1 size too big.
Let’s define dream. A dream is an invisible picture of the life that God had designed specifically for YOU! I believe that God first designed our purpose and then we were made.
I do not believe that we were made without a purpose or to find our purpose, but that our purpose finds us.
Dreams begin with God
God is the dream giver. Every person that God personally encounters in scripture He immediately begins to reveal His dream for their life.
For Abraham – a dream to be the Father of many nations
For Noah – a dream to build an ark
For Moses – a dream to lead a people
For Joshua – a dream to finish the legacy of Moses
Dreams stretch our lives
For most of us our dreams are never easy. They require faith, courage, and resilience.
God’s dreams are never seen through sight but through the eyes of faith.
They require that we do not walk by what we physically see, but through what God has revealed that is not yet seen. God births the dream by showing us the beginning and the end.
He saves middle portions because it is there~in the middle, that most of us find our struggles.
Someone said; Rose colored glasses do not come in bifocals because nobody wants to read the fine print of their dream.
God’s dreams normally require a departure from our comfort zones and require us to leave the familiar of the present and launch into a unknown future.
God rarely gives us a simple dream.
God’s dreams always require that we conquer our fears and stay dependent upon Him.
We cannot reach for what we fail to DREAM!
