I grew up in Jacksonville. As an 18-year-old college freshman, I started working with teenagers at a local church. Over the next 12 years, I would have the privilege to serve as a pastor in three different churches.
In 2005, my wife and I moved to Cartersville, Georgia to start a brand new church. We held public services in a rented movie theater. Within a year, more than 700 people were attending on a regular basis. I led and spoke at Oak Leaf Church for about five years.
In 2010, I joined the team at The Rocket Company, where I served as the Chief Operating Officer. During my time there, we grew from $450,ooo in annual revenue to $2 Million in annual revenue. We came in at #602 on the Inc 5000 list and were named a best place to work in Atlanta.
Today, I speak, write, coach and consult with various organizations. I love helping people discover and develop their dreams.
I’ve been married to Jennie for 15 years and we have three children. In my free time, I enjoy playing the guitar, gardening, reading, and going to the movies.
