Jeff Ehrlich has coached competitive high school and college water polo for the last 40 years and is now applying his team building, mentoring and inspiration skills to helping others get out of debt. At the nexus of this transition are coach Ehrlich’s four driving passions in his life: faith, family, finances and his coaching.
During his sports career, Jeff spent 25 years at Villa Park High School in Orange County, California where he produced 59 high school All-Americans and three Olympians. In the following 11 years as the head water polo coach at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Jeff redirected his skills to producing leaders of character for service to our nation in the armed forces. Jeff’s athletes at the Air Force Academy include eight NCAA All Americans and two recipients of the NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship. In his final season as coach, the team posted a 18-14 record and a national ranking of 17th while coach Ehrlich was recognized as the “Coach of the Year” by his peers
.Coach Ehrlich is now translating his proven coaching experience and success to assist others with their finances. Using a combination of knowledge, mentorship, experience, and passion, Jeff seeks to empower and motivate a broad audience including churches, schools, individuals and couples to allow them to benefit from living a debt free life. He is confident 40 years of teaching and coaching will give him the opportunity to inspire and excite people to “get started.”
He and Robin, his wife of 39 years reside in beautiful Monument, Colorado. Robin, who worked as an area administrator at Ciber, Inc., was a second Mom for the water polo players and is also co-founder of the Debt Free Squad. Before working at Ciber, Robin spent 30 years working for Christian organizations with her last assignment at Best to You, a catalog company that marketed “Christian gifts with a message”. Along with Jeff and Robin, Connor Berge, Media and Marketing Director for the Debt Free Squad, are hoping to launch a series of financial products and books to help you with your journey toward financial freedom.
